Our Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

While the pandemic is affecting us all, we are offering additional options to anyone with a booking:

  • If you want to cancel your booking anytime up to 7 days before your holiday is due to depart, we’ll refund you straight away.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your departure time, we will issue you with a voucher for the money that you have paid for your holiday or if you prefer, we can transfer your money to a different holiday date.
  • If you do not contact us prior to your holiday pickup time, no refund or voucher will be issued.

If you want to cancel your booking, we’ll refund you straight away. The money will go back onto the debit or credit card you paid with, or we’ll send a cheque in the post if that’s how you paid us and if you used a voucher, we’ll reissue another voucher with a new two year expiry date.

Two years into this pandemic we remain a financially strong company with no debt and enough cash reserves to easily see us through.
