Cruise Loch Katrine, The Trossachs & Killin
Killin is a pretty village famous for the spectacular series of rapids that run through the centre – The Falls of Dochart. Wander around the little village and enjoy the short walks that explore the Falls before heading to the beautiful Trossachs. ‘The Highlands in miniature’ – this area is one of the most romantic in Scotland, with wild little glens, tranquil Lochs, miles of forest and rolling hills. Soak up the spectacular scenery of Loch Katrine and enjoy a cruise on board the famous Sir Walter Scott steamship. A cruise is the perfect way to enjoy the romantic landscapes and timeless beauty of the Trossachs. The Sir Walter Scott is a historic ship and has been cruising on these waters since 1900. Named after the author Sir Walter Scott, who played a huge part in romanticising Loch Katrine in his poem Lady of the Lake.

The Falkirk Wheel
Visit the world’s only rotating boat lift, designed to connect the Forth & Clyde Canal to the Union Canal in central Scotland. The Falkirk Wheel is a magnificent triumph in Scottish engineering and has already been recognized as an iconic landmark. Designed to replace a series of 19th century lock-gates the Falkirk Wheel is the showpiece of the Millennium Link project to re-establish coast-to-coast navigation of the canals for the first time in 40 years.
