Dear all, We have just returned from a holiday at Highland Hotel Fort William, I would just like to thank the drivers both along with all the staff at the highland for a wonderful holiday, nothing was too much trouble, everyone was smiling and courteous, what a great team. The hotel was clean, well stocked and the staff were there from morning until night. The drivers were excellent, really can handle those coaches, good sense of humour, and gave us the informative info along the way. A great experience. Please pass on our thanks to all concerned. I have just returned from my 6 night stay at Inversnaid. This is my 4th trip with yourselves and I would like to praise your wonderful driver, who really is the best of all the drivers I've had during all my trips. He was so caring, funny, gave us so much information about everywhere we travelled to. Even coming home when we had issues with diversions, accidents, delays etc he kept apologising for our journey taking longer than he'd hoped, but still kept us laughing all the way back to Birchanger. He went above and beyond what I would expect from one of your drivers and I hope Lochs & Glens will recognise this. He is a great asset to your company and I would ask you to forward my email to him. Hello Sir/Madam, My friend and myself just returned last night after spending 4 nights at your Loch Achray Hotel. We were delighted with the hotel, having such excellent service and attention. The staff and premises were delightful, could not have been any better. My friend had to spend a day in bed, having taken ill with difficulty in breathing and they were brilliant in caring for her, whilst I was out on a coach trip with your lovely driver, who was also excellent with her kind way of dealing with people for whom she was driving and her excellent attitude whilst on duty. Your hotel staff looked after my friend with loving care and attention and we would like to thank them all. My friend's name is Margaret Watts and she was fed and looked after with utmost care. Dear Mr Wells, I have just returned with my daughter and son-in-law from a fantastic holiday at the Ardgartan hotel. This was my first time with Lochs and Glens and I can assure you it will not be the last. All of the staff from the manager who welcomed us, on the coach and all the staff in the hotel were excellent. We did not see anyone without a smile on their face and they were always willing to speak to guests and be helpful. The food was fantastic with a different menu every day it was always served on time there was never any waiting about. The drivers were very good, all of them were very knowledgeable and spoke to us all the time about places of interest and where we were going. They were fantastic. The hotel was always clean and tidy that includes keeping our rooms. There is only one word we thought of for Lochs and Glens that was …. **fantastic.** You took us on trips to places that we'd never have thought we would see. Once again. A fantastic holiday, you can be proud of the staff as they made the holiday great and they deserve a pat on the back. Yours sincerely

Last week my wife and I spent a few days (self-drive) at the Ardgartan Hotel in Arrochar, and I felt you must be made aware of my opinion of that stay. Your staff were some of the best we have encountered in many a year. They were helpful, attentive, polite, and clearly learning how clients should be treated. The hotel itself was excellent, being well refurbished and lovely decor. We were particularly pleased with the delightful view over the loch from our bedroom window. Overall the food was good and well presented.

Hi, I spent 4 days at the Ardgartan hotel and I must say of all the holidays I've had with Lochs and Glens this was the best holiday I've had with yourselves. Everything was spot on especially the driver who was so informative, as well as humorous, a great ambassador for Lochs and Glens. Because of this break I will be booking more holidays with you.

My husband and I returned yesterday from our 5 day break at the Ardgartan. This is to thank all the staff at the hotel, both front of house and behind the scenes, and the drivers, for making it yet another memorable holiday for us. Also huge thanks to the staff in the head office for arranging the holiday in the first place because without them the holidays wouldn't be so well organised. When I booked I asked for a walk in shower - mission accomplished. Secondly I asked for a low level seat at the tattoo. You could not have done better with the seats allocated to us, front row seats without having to negotiate a big flight of steps. I was really emotional and overcome with your choice of seating for us - a big big thank you. Another mission accomplished by you. Our thanks to all the staff, PS . Good morning, I have recently returned from a tour to the Edinburgh Tattoo staying at the Ardgartan hotel. The trip was excellent, apart from a day lost due to severe weather and storm. The hotel was excellent. The organisation in dealing with several groups of tourists was very slick and the staff, at all levels, worked very hard and were very polite and attentive. A special mention for our tour driver. She was excellent. She gauged the overall demeanor of the passengers and set the tone to interact with us all very well. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and witty. She represents the company, and indeed her country, very well.

It seemed that nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were very willing to help and were unfailingly polite. We booked fairly close to the holiday and hadn't requested a room with access to a lift and were allocated one on the top floor with many stairs up and down to access it, which was challenging for my husband. However, I asked if there was any chance of a change and thankfully there was another room available, which we were given with good grace and which made a lot of difference to us. We hadn't done a holiday like this before but have already recommended it to others as it was so enjoyable. We were really impressed by the smooth operation with getting us all around, fed, informed and cared for - and value for money! The coach driver was superb at driving on the Highland roads, keeping us informed about things we would see and how things were going to be organised each day. He also kept the coach spotless inside and out.

We experienced a lovely get away to Scotland with Lochs and Glens. The service was first class from the time of booking and the hotel offered great value for money. We would certainly recommend Lochs and Glens to others wishing to experience Scotland and we hope to be back for another holiday.

Our first holiday with Lochs & Glens and it was Fab. Definitely be booking again! You have it so organised . The Driver so full of knowledge that he shared and a very good driver. Great guy! hotel staff so accommodating and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Food good but only negative we had from whole experience there is no fresh fruit but soon rectified by buying our own. Scenery was absolutely Spectacular and cost was very good too. Thank you Lochs & Glens for a great stay at Loch Achray 👍🏻

Another great trip with Lochs & Glens. Comfy journey north, lovely hotel and good value food. 5 day trip all well organised. Even the weather was on our side. We have travelled with them several times previously and will again. Great value for money.

We have just come back from our first Lochs and Glens holiday. We were very impressed with everything. The hotel, the Ardgartan was very nice, with stunning views and lovely staff. Our driver was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We have booked again for next June. We consider the holidays good value for money, and the daily trips are very good. Everything is done for you on these holidays it is really exceptional service.

From locally boarding the coach with our friendly and informative driver. We loved almost every aspect of this holiday break. The situation of the hotel Loch Awe is stunning and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly in the dining room. There was a good choice of well cooked meals with my only disappointment being the lack of a fresh fruit option particularly at breakfast (though I was served a banana when I asked). The tours were well planned and varied and we really enjoyed the boat excursion into the Sound of Mull. It was disappointing that there were no draught beers or Guinness available in the hotel and for the first two nights no bottles of beer either; however wine and spirits were readily available. Our room was great with superb views of the loch and spacious with comfortable beds. The tv was a little bit smaller than we are used to! Overall we were delighted with this excellent value for money experience and will definitely be booking again.
