Mobility on your Coach Holiday

Scotland is such a beautiful country and we believe it should be accessible to all.

A coach holiday is a stress free way of travelling but you must be able to walk up the few steps onto the coach. Walking frames, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are all welcome but please ensure you book them onto the coach before you travel.

Our custom built Ardgartan and Loch Tummel Hotels are fully wheelchair accessible and are all on one level with full lift access. However, the Loch Achray, Loch Awe and Highland Hotels do have some steps into certain public rooms although there are many lift accessible bedrooms. The unique location of Inversnaid makes accessibility more difficult and guests are required to board a ferry and to walk up a slope from the pier to the Hotel. We do have many lift accessible bedrooms at Inversnaid but this historic building and remote location may present a struggle for those with mobility issues.

Mobility for Holiday Excursions

Most of our excursions are mobility friendly but due to Scotland’s historic past some of the places we visit are not as well equipped. Please check attractions’ websites before travelling as we cannot guarantee they will meet your mobility needs.
