Dear Mr Wells, I have just returned with my daughter and son-in-law from a fantastic holiday at the Ardgartan hotel. This was my first time with Lochs and Glens and I can assure you it will not be the last. All of the staff from the manager who welcomed us, on the coach and all the staff in the hotel were excellent. We did not see anyone without a smile on their face and they were always willing to speak to guests and be helpful. The food was fantastic with a different menu every day it was always served on time there was never any waiting about. The drivers were very good, all of them were very knowledgeable and spoke to us all the time about places of interest and where we were going. They were fantastic. The hotel was always clean and tidy that includes keeping our rooms. There is only one word we thought of for Lochs and Glens that was …. **fantastic.** You took us on trips to places that we'd never have thought we would see. Once again. A fantastic holiday, you can be proud of the staff as they made the holiday great and they deserve a pat on the back. Yours sincerely
