We have just come back from our first Lochs and Glens holiday. We were very impressed with everything. The hotel, the Ardgartan was very nice, with stunning views and lovely staff. My husband and I returned yesterday from our 5 day break at the Ardgartan. This is to thank all the staff at the hotel, both front of house and behind the scenes, and the drivers, for making it yet another memorable holiday for us. Also huge thanks to the staff in the head office for arranging the holiday in the first place because without them the holidays wouldn't be so well organised. When I booked I asked for a walk in shower - mission accomplished. Secondly I asked for a low level seat at the tattoo. You could not have done better with the seats allocated to us, front row seats without having to negotiate a big flight of steps. I was really emotional and overcome with your choice of seating for us - a big big thank you. Another mission accomplished by you. Our thanks to all the staff, PS . Also a thank you to the sun gods !!
