Enjoy a festive visit to Edinburgh with the chance to visit the famous Christmas Markets! From traditional markets selling gifts and treats, to live performances and music there is something for everyone. If the markets aren’t for you then this bustling city offers a range of old and new sites to explore, from the rich history of the Royal Mile to the cultural delights of the museums and galleries.
Christmas Day - A day of festivities & fun
Enjoy Christmas day in Scotland with a stroll through the hotel grounds and a walk along the lochside, or simply take some time to relax. The hotel team will host their annual sherry party before serving a traditional Christmas dinner, followed by entertainment in the evening.
Boxing Day - A visit to the charming village of Aberfoyle
Beyond the magnificent Dukes Pass lies the charming village of Aberfoyle on the banks of the River Forth in the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. After exploring this village, the trip will continue to our Ardgartan Hotel on the shores of Loch Long for lunch. Return to your hotel for evening dinner and a farewell party to round off your Christmas in Scotland.
